My child's a picky eater - how does that work at camp?

Our goal with our lunch program is to craft a menu to give adventurous eaters some items but also retain several ‘safe’ items each day to appeal to those who may be a bit pickier in their food choices.

Once the menu is finalized, if you look at our menu and feel like your child’s food preferences may limit their choices, let your director know. It’s very likely that they can put something together for your campers on that day by deconstructing part of the meal. Our intention always is to ensure all campers are a part of the food program, even if that means substitutions for a few campers.

In addition to the items on our lunch menu, there are always lots of snack options (fruits, vegetables, housemade extras, etc.) that are available to supplement lunch or to be eaten instead of lunch if you child’s not crazy about the menu options.
